I'm not able to login to my account. I have purchased a subscription and the app doesn't allow me to login. It just keeps buffering. Please fix this issue

Pure scam and frudelent application..... Just after logging i got a google security notice that my google password used as login is compromised.... The application is crashing with a poor content....note please that customer is Russian speaking so it'a completely hard to communicate with them

3 weeks after purchasing one of your courses, I still haven't been able to download one single lesson. All I got, is a frustrating exchange of emails that didn't help in the slightest.

Pleasant looking app (brownie points to the UI designers!) But a few cons - downloads are finicky, they only seem to work if you leave the app open on that screen (I suspect android battery saving shenanigans are to blame!) Also, not strictly related to the app, but still terrible - they email your account password to you! In plaintext! And if you go to reset it... They email your new password to you! This is terrible information security, please don't do that.

Scam. They target people sensitive towards Art, most probably to retrieve their data. The payment seems normal, but then there is no subscription. They do it out of the Google Play circuit, so probably will waste 27.85 EUR! (I did it with a prepaid debit card). Clealy we are at war.

The actual content is gold, and I say this as a university graduate. Courses seem to predominantly be taught by a credited scholar (the ones I bought, by a PhD and MA, both instructors). Production values are high, lecturer video and slides have sharp quality, and in my experience, research and content richness is deep. It seems you have to keep the app open to download properly, but after the last year or so of updates, all my other issues with the app have disappeared.

I believe the content is good and informative, BUT, the app fails, most of the times. I can't enjoy a course without multiple interruptions. It's frustrating and makes me want to give up listening. I almost unsubscribed yesterday. I am but one step closer to unsubscribing and deleting my account, due to how annoying this app is. But, because of the educational content, I decided to give it one more try. If I don't see any improvement, I will definitely unsubscribe! On the web is no better.

OK so far, the lecturer speaks a little too slowly for my liking and was quite disappointed to see an advert for another course not 5 minutes into the first lecture 😒... since I've already paid for a course and have just started it, the placement is very odd to try and sell me more courses? An image which was being spoken about was not on the screen at the right time, which would be confusing for a complete beginner - would have been 4 or 5 stars without these issues (Oh and there were no CC's)

Content is great, app has a lot to improve. When watching video in background, application turns off every 7-9 minutes. Maybe making more lightweight videos would help, one hour of lectures weights 1gb - compress it, make it 240p, no one needs fullhd, when listening lectures without watching. Make it possible to use app while listening to the lecture.

Pretty good content, but terrible app with bugs, support that asking for you password and even then doing nothing but asking for it again next time. Bugs that I reported weren't communicated at all, and seems won't be fixed. Website where I had to login 4!! Times to cancel the subscription. It's at max Beta version and can't be charged full price. Not reccomded in current format.

The navigation within the app is nice, as well as the video player. But playing lectures one after another without even a 5 sec pause is irritating. And the MOST annoying thing - the bugged 'finish' button after completing a test or exam. It just doesn't work, meaning there's no way to get test results 😡 Upd for v. 4.3.2: Minus 1 star. The progress tracking is messed up, all finished courses are in progress now, some random lectures marked unviewed though they are. Goddamn fix it
